Colourful windows in Chinatown Singapore

Although Singapore keeps on developing its urban landscape, I am still enjoying the old Singapore and just love browsing through Chinatown where once migrants, forefathers of today’s Singaporeans from different cultures came to shape what is to become Singapore. It is this amalgamation of cultures which makes up the uniqueness of Singapore. To get an idea of this marvellous blending of cultures is to browse around Chinatown while taking the nice walk along the Ann Siang Hills once a clove plantation.
